Stephen Napier & Company can register a limited company at Companies House on your behalf (subject to money laundering checks). Once we have confirmation from Companies House that the company is set up, we email you the Certificate of Incorporation and the Articles of Association.
The limited company should be incorporated before the start date of any contract or business the company is to undertake. If you have any concerns regarding the date of incorporation, please contact us.

The process we undertake for you includes:
Checking if a name is available
The easiest way to check if a company name is available is to run a search on the Companies House website. This will display any similar names of companies matching your search.
The cost of this service varies according to the elements required but typically registration and setting up with the statutory authorities will be less than £100 (excluding VAT).
